Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students for Financial Year 2026-27

Govt. (COE) Middle School of Special Education for HIC, Rajanpur invites E-Bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - 198 uniforms (126 boys, 78 girls) - 136 pairs of shoes (84 boys, 52 girls) The uniforms include one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The technical scope covers supply of quality uniform items and shoes suitable for special students at the Govt. (COE) Middle School of Special Education for HIC, Rajanpur. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) and submit bids electronically. The bid security is 5% amounting to PKR 40,000/- to be submitted digitally via the prescribed mechanism on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical CDR submission is not required if the digital bid security is verified. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value through the prescribed digital bank guarantee mechanism and will sign a formal contract agreement before supply order issuance. All rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid evaluation report publication date. The E-Bid submission deadline is 12-10-2026 up to 11:00 a.m. with bid opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Tender documents are available free of cost on the EP portal and PPRA Punjab website. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without obligation to justify.
