Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

Govt. Special Education Centre, Alipur invites E-Bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement includes 432 uniforms comprising 291 boys and 141 girls, and 288 pairs of shoes (194 boys, 94 girls). These uniforms consist of one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). The required Bid Security of PKR 30,000 must be submitted digitally via the prescribed mechanism. The successful bidder will also be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value through the prescribed digital bank guarantee mechanism and execute a formal contract agreement prior to supply order issuance. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid evaluation report publication. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. The E-Bid submission deadline is 25-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day via the E-Procurement System.
