Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Govt. Institute for Slow Learners, Layyah invites e-bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, using the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - One winter uniform per student - Two summer uniforms per student The procurement requires suppliers to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and to submit bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). The total estimated cost is PKR 1,000,000/- with a bid security of PKR 30,000/- (3%) to be submitted digitally via the prescribed mechanism (1Link/PSID/Digital Bank Guarantee) on the EP portal. The successful bidder must also provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value through the same digital mode and execute a formal contract agreement prior to issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period is up to 30-06-2027. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without obligation to justify the grounds. Bids must be submitted and opened on 01-10-2026 via the Punjab E-Procurement System portal.
