Procurement of Uniform Kits and Shoes for Special Students Winter and Summer Season 2026-27

The Govt. Special Education Centre Farooqabad invites bids from reputable, eligible, and financially sound firms for the procurement of uniform kits and shoes for special students for the winter and summer seasons of the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for delivery on a free delivery basis to the consignee at Farooqabad. Items being procured: - Uniform Kit for Summer and Winter (Lot No. 01) with an estimated cost of Rs. 800,000 - Shoes for Winter/Summer (Lot No. 02) with an estimated cost of Rs. 500,000 The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (technical and financial) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments and have previous relevant experience. A bid security of 3% of the total estimated procurement price in the form of CDR in favor of the Headmaster Govt. Special Education Centre Farooqabad is required. The successful bidder must provide the items within 30 days from the date of issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all admissible government taxes including GST and valid until 30 June 2027. Earnest money equal to 10% of the total cost of store in the form of CDR, DD, PO, or bank guarantee will be required as a performance guarantee. Bids must be submitted in PDF format on the e-procurement portal by 26 September 2026 at 11:00 am. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. No hard copies of bids are required.
