Procurement of Uniforms for Boys and Girls for Govt. High Special Education Centre Layyah

The Govt. High Special Education Centre Layyah invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of uniforms for boys and girls for the current financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers the supply of uniforms for 205 students enrolled in the institution. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 25,00,000/- with Rs. 2.5 million allocated for the winter and summer seasons. Items being procured: - Uniform for Boys: Shirt (white color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Pant (Malasia Gray), Belt (Black Color and Rexene / Leather), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Vest/ Bunyun (White Color) & Tie (Navy Blue with Golden Strips), Jursy Navy Blue - Uniform for Girls: Qameez / Shirt (Navy Blue Color with new mono of Dept. on pocket), Shalwar & Dupatta (white color), Black Shoes (quality at least equal to Bata or Service), Socks (Black Color), Slip/ Shameez (White Color), Shawl & Jursy Maroon The uniforms must be supplied in form of packets tagged with student name and class with free delivery to consignee's end basis. All taxes are included in the quoted rates. The successful bidder will be responsible for sizing students and ensuring quality as per specifications. Earnest money of Rs. 125,000/- (5% of estimated cost) in form of Bank Call-Deposit (CDR) or Demand Draft is required before tender opening. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 30-09-2026 at 10:00 am. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids not meeting technical criteria or overpricing. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with PPRA and FBR, not blacklisted, and to provide performance guarantee of 10% of bid price. Delivery must be timely to avoid penalties.
