Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothes for Corporate Tax Office Lahore

The Federal Board of Revenue's Corporate Tax Office in Lahore invites experienced and reputable firms to submit electronic bids for the supply of uniforms and protective clothes for its uniformed staff. This procurement is conducted on a least cost basis through a single stage-one envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List issued by FBR. Items being procured: - Uniforms - Protective Clothes The uniforms and protective clothes must meet the specifications described in Annex-B & C and be provided as per the size, measurement, and specifications of each officer or official. Samples of each item must be submitted before the tender opening date for evaluation. Rates quoted must include all applicable government duties, taxes, stitching, travelling, and transportation charges. Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and Sales Tax will be deducted as per law. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, submission of earnest money/bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Corporate Tax Office Lahore. The bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope before bid opening. Bidders must participate in the whole tender and quote rates for each uniform separately as per the serial numbers in Annex-B. The tender documents are available electronically on EPADS v2.0 portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 16-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Corporate Tax Office Lahore. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
