The UPS and stabilizer must meet the detailed technical specifications and pass acceptance tests as per Annexure G. Inspection and testing will be conducted at the supplier's premises and at the consignee's end. The supplier must provide all technical documentation, manuals, and certificates including OEM certificates and quality assurance documents. Warranty of 12 months is mandatory, supported by a Warranty Bank Guarantee. The supplier is responsible for setting-to-work, commissioning, and technical assistance during the warranty period. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with HIT or provide valid agency agreements, NTN certificates, and audit reports for the last three financial years.
