Procurement (Upgradation) of User Licenses of E-Views

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites electronic bids for the procurement and upgradation of user licenses of E-Views software. This tender is specifically for the upgradation of existing licenses to enhance operational capabilities. Items being procured: - User Licenses of E-Views software (upgradation) The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004 and related regulations. Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on the EPADS portal and submit their bids electronically through the EPADS system. The technical and financial details, terms and conditions, bid securing declaration, bid validity, and evaluation criteria are available on the EPADS portal and ISMO website. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered on EPADS and comply with all regulatory guidelines issued by the authority. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21st September 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the committee room at ISMO Building, Sector H-8/1 Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
