Procurement of Upgraded Items for Single Cabin

Heavy Industries Limited, Commercial Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of upgraded items for a single cabin. The procurement is governed by PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Upgraded Items for Single Cabin as per Annexure 'A'. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, attested copies of Sales Tax registration certificate, NTN certificate, CNIC of the Managing Director, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, trade link documents with OEM if applicable, judicial certificate worth Rs. 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no default or blacklisting by any government organization, details of contracts with government or semi-government organizations, and registration letters with government or semi-government organizations if any. A payment of Rs. 3000/- must be deposited with the tendering cell for collection of standard bidding documents. Bid security, validity offer, and performance bank guarantee are to be provided as per bidding documents. The tender will be opened in the tender room of the Commercial Directorate in the presence of firm representatives.
