Procurement of Upper Wears and Caps / Hats for Field Staff of Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites E-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms, general order suppliers, dealers, importers, and registered entities with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for Upper Wears and Caps / Hats for the field staff of the Horticulture Agency Lahore. Items being procured: - Upper Wears (Complete detail as per bidding documents) - Caps / Hats for Malies (Complete detail as per bidding documents) The total estimated cost is Rs. 3,650,000 with bid security of Rs. 73,000. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) under PPRA Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted by 11th September 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The items shall be supplied at the site of Horticulture Agency Lahore head office located at Jail Road, Lahore within the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Only financially and technically qualified firms will have their financial bids opened. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%. Interested bidders must upload their bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal well before the submission deadline. Any clarifications required will be responded to by the Authority through the Punjab e-Procurement System within the stipulated time period.
