All batteries must be fresh stock with current year manufacturing and meet the technical specifications provided. Authorized or sub-authorized distributor certificates from manufacturers are mandatory for items 1 and 2. Bidders must be registered with FBR and active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). A fixed bid security of PKR 254,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 before the deadline of November 4, 2026 at 09:30 AM. Physical submission of bid security must be made at the Tender Room, SSGC Head Office Karachi before the deadline. Manual bids will not be entertained. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
