Supply of 2-Axis Single Spindle NC Copy / CNC Lathe Machines with Tooling and Accessories

The Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) invites sealed quotations for the supply of 2-Axis Single Spindle NC Copy / CNC Lathe Machines, fully tooled for various operations on body components, to be delivered and commissioned at POF Wah Cantt, Punjab. This procurement includes two CNC lathe machines with tooling sufficient for three years of production, jigs and fixtures, spares for two years of maintenance, and comprehensive documentation and training. Items being procured: - 2-Axis Single Spindle NC Copy / CNC Lathe Machine (Qty: 2) - Tooling and equipment for body operations - Jigs and fixtures (including an additional set per machine) - Electrical, mechanical, and electronic spare parts for two years - Measuring instruments including micrometres, vernier callipers, dial indicators - Laptop with preloaded licensed machine software - Accessories such as coolant system, lubrication system, chip conveyer, hydraulic clamping system The machines must meet detailed technical specifications including Siemens CNC control, automatic lubrication, coolant and chip removal systems, and safety features. The supplier must provide warranty and performance bonds, pre-shipment inspection, installation, commissioning, and training for POF personnel. Delivery is on C&F basis within six months after establishment of Letter of Credit. Payment terms include 70% payment on dispatch documents and PSI acceptance, with remaining 30% after successful installation and final acceptance test. Eligibility requires registration with sales tax and income tax departments, active FBR ATL status, NTN and PTC certificates, and compliance with bid security and tender fee requirements. Performance bond of 10% FOB value is mandatory. The tender opening will be held on 26-11-2026 at 1200 hours at Room No. 01, Bid Center near Rabta Hall, POF Wah Cantt. Bidders should submit sealed bids before 1130 hours on the closing date. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare technical and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes as per instructions.
