Procurement of Chromation Chemical & Oil & Lubricants Solcut Powder Paint by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC)

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Chromation Chemical & Oil & Lubricants Solcut Powder Paint for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at Meter Plant, MMP Karachi with a delivery schedule starting within 15 days after receipt of purchase order and full order quantity to be supplied within 60 days. Items being procured: - Chemicals|Degreasing Chemical (25kg Sealed PVC Plastic Drum), Quantity: 3000 Kg - Chemicals|Chromating Chemical (Metachrome - 9) 25kg PVC Plastic Drums Sealed Packed, Quantity: 1500 Kg The degreasing chemical is a non-silicated, non-etch alkali cleaner for aluminum and its alloys with specific chemical composition and physical properties. The chromating chemical is used for surface treatment of aluminum alloys providing corrosion protection and paint base with specified chemical composition and physical properties. Both chemicals are supplied in 25 kg sealed PVC plastic drums. Bidders must be active in FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit bid security of PKR 49,500 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 before Thursday, November 5, 2026 10:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Samples of 25 kg must be provided upon request for testing and evaluation. The contract includes warranty and performance guarantees as per SSGC terms.
