Procurement of Wall Mounted Split DC Inverter 1.5 Ton Air Conditioners (Heat & Cool) for SNGPL Multan

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Wall Mounted Split DC Inverter Air Conditioners of 1.5 Ton capacity with heat and cool functionality. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is intended to be delivered and installed at the SNGPL Stores Department located at Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. Items being procured: - Wall Mounted Split DC Inverter 1.5 Ton Inverter type Air Conditioners (Heat & Cool), Quantity: 8 units The air conditioners must meet the following technical specifications: DC inverter split type with T3 tropical compressor, up to 75% energy efficiency, WIFI smart control, ampere lock mechanism, evaporator anti-corrosion coating, 100% copper piping, 4D air flow, low voltage operation (150–260 V), self-clean function, turbo mode, eco-friendly refrigerant gas R410/R32, cooling and heating BTU rating of 18000 or above. Warranty includes 10 years compressor warranty and 5 years parts warranty with service centers located in Multan. Installation, dismantling, and fixation complete in all aspects at SNGPL Multan office are included. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, hold valid professional tax certificates, and comply with all eligibility criteria as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 3:00 PM on September 1, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically to the SNGPL Stores Department before the deadline. The bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 3:30 PM via EPADS. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
