Production of Promotional Videos for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad International Airports by Pakistan Airports Authority

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement for the production of promotional (business potential) videos for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad International Airports. This procurement covers comprehensive video production services including concept development, scripting, filming, direction, editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, voice-over, background music, and captioning. The scope includes producing a composite promotional video highlighting business potential, facilities, infrastructure, passenger services, commercial opportunities, and overall profile of the three airports. Additionally, an institutional video of PAA showcasing its mandate, functions, operations, infrastructure, and organizational role will be produced. The contract also includes short promotional video clips optimized for social media and digital platforms, as well as high-resolution captioned photographs of airport facilities, infrastructure, services, and commercial areas. The assignment must be completed within 60 calendar days from the contract signing date. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with eligibility criteria including FBR Active Taxpayer List status. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical and financial bids submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM at the PAA Headquarters, Terminal 1 Building, JIAP, Karachi.
