The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the procurement of high-quality Degree Folders. This procurement is specifically for the IBA Main Campus located in University Enclave, Karachi. Items being procured: - Premium Zippered Document Degree Folder - Material: Premium-quality PU synthetic leatherette/artificial leather - Color combinations: Dark Brown + Tan, Navy Blue + Grey, Maroon + Fawn or as approved by IBA - Surface: Nubuck-style, velvety/suede-textured finish - Construction: Semi-rigid, durable with reinforced internal structure - Design: Two-tone exterior with full three-sided premium stainless-steel zipper closure - Interior: Soft fabric textile lining, 2 internal document flap pockets, 1 zipper pocket, 1 document/certificate holder flap, 1 integrated card holder, 1 pen loop - Stitching: Premium-quality, uniform, durable with neatly folded finished edges - Logo: IBA logo embossed on the exterior front panel - Quantity: 720 folders The folders must meet the detailed specifications listed in the Bill of Quantity and be delivered to the IBA Main Campus, Karachi. Bidders must submit a physical sample along with their bids. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience of at least three years, minimum average annual turnover of PKR 3 million, active NTN and STRN registration, and non-blacklisting. A bid security of Rs. 30,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of 'IBA Karachi' is mandatory. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted and uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal by October 23, 2026, 03:00 PM. The original bid security and signed bid documents must be physically delivered to the Tender Box at Security Office, Gate #4, IBA Main Campus before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Technical scope includes supply of premium degree folders with specified materials, design, and quality standards. Delivery time is within 25 days after Letter of Intent. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required. Payment will be made within 30 working days after complete delivery and invoice submission. Stamp duty of 0.35% of contract value is payable by the supplier. A pre-bid briefing will be held on October 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at IBA Main Campus, Karachi.
