Provide Supply and Install SMD Screen

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, is procuring to provide, supply, and install an advanced SMD Screen at its Auditorium located in the City Campus, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the audiovisual capabilities of the institute with high-quality display technology. The scope includes supply of SMD Screen modules, LED screen, fabrication of structural framework, installation, configuration, and testing of the complete system. The project requires deployment of original and genuine items only, including ABSEN CPS Series P2.5 or equivalent modules, DSP 1000 and Support Pro Novastar processors, and a 55-inch commercial digital display with precision video mapping and high-bandwidth signal boosters. The installation involves structural fabrication using MS pipes treated for corrosion resistance and precise alignment for durability and stability. The successful bidder will also provide a comprehensive five-year onsite warranty and technical support. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities, possess relevant experience of at least three years, and demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of PKR 30 million. OEM or authorized partner certificates are required where applicable. The tender fee is PKR 5,000 non-refundable, and a bid security of 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of IBA Karachi.
