The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage single Envelope Bidding Procedure for providing and applying decorative special plaster/concrete work at the first floor of the Reception Building at Model Town Club Lahore. This tender is specifically for firms already enlisted with the Model Town Society. Items being procured: - Decorative Special Plaster/Concrete Work at First Floor for Reception Building The scope includes specialized plaster and concrete finishing work to enhance the aesthetic and structural quality of the reception area. Bidders should have relevant experience in decorative plastering and concrete application, and must comply with the technical specifications provided by the Civil Engineer of the Model Town Society. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request. Clarifications can also be sought from the same office during regular working hours. Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 01:00 PM on 3rd September 2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the deadline in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
