Providing & Applying Plastic Emulsion Paint and Electrical Lighting Works at SBP BSC Quetta

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) invites sealed bids for the provision of works involving the providing and applying of plastic emulsion paint and electrical lighting works at the SBP BSC Quetta branch located at Shahra-e-Gulistan, Zarghoon, Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Development of coordinated color schemes for internal plastic emulsion paint of the Banking Hall - Providing & applying 03 coats of best quality plastic emulsion paint (ICI Dulux or equivalent) over walls and ceiling (11328 sqft) - Careful dismantling of existing lights including termination of power cables (60 units) - Supply and installation of 100 Watt cool daylight LED lights (Fast or equivalent) over existing electrical points (15 units) The scope includes surface preparation with approved quality wall putty, primer application, dismantling and installation of lighting fixtures, wiring, testing, and commissioning. The work site is the SBP Banking Hall in Quetta, Balochistan. The contract duration is 120 days from commencement. Eligible bidders must have completed at least two projects of similar nature costing Rs. 0.5 million or more in the last five years and demonstrate financial capability with audited financial statements or bank credit lines.
