Providing of Earthen Pots, Sweet Earth and Manure Seeds, Plants for Annual Flower Show and Beautification of Central Island and Green Belts of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) through its Parks & Horticulture Department invites sealed tenders on a single stage two envelope procedure for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement involves providing earthen pots, sweet earth and manure seeds, and plants for the Annual Flower Show (Marry Gold Festival) along with beautification of different Central Island and Green Belts under KMC jurisdiction in Karachi. Items being procured: - Earthen Pots - Sweet Earth - Manure Seeds - Plants for Annual Flower Show (Marry Gold Festival) - Beautification materials for Central Island and Green Belts The scope includes supply and installation of horticultural materials for beautification projects across Karachi's green belts and central islands. Bidders must have relevant PEC registration in category C-6 or above, valid electrical license for Sindh/Khi region, NTN certificate, active Sindh Revenue Board registration, and must be registered on the SPPRA EPAD system. Experience of similar horticulture works with at least 80% of the estimated cost and supporting completion certificates is mandatory. Financial soundness is demonstrated through audited reports of last three years, bank statements, and tax returns. A pay order of Rs. 999,300/- as bid security is required. Tender fees are Rs. 5,000. Bids must be submitted online via EPAD system of SPPRA Sindh by 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Physical submission of bid security pay order and documents is required at the office of Chairman Procurement Committee, Parks and Horticulture Department, KMC, Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi before bid opening. Bidders should ensure all documents are attested and signed, and quote rates in words and figures with up to two decimals. Joint ventures are not allowed. Fresh affidavits on E-Stamp paper of Rs. 500/- are required to confirm authenticity and non-blacklisting status. All SPPRA rules and notifications must be followed. In case of public holiday on opening date, bids will be opened next working day at the same time.
