Purchase of Datepalm Nursery Plants and Related Equipment for Horticultural Research Station Bahawalpur

The Horticultural Research Station Bahawalpur invites E-Bids / Proposals from well-reputed, financially sound firms, suppliers, or importers registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Department for the purchase and supply of Datepalm nursery plants and related equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Tissue cultured Datepalm nursery plants (200 plants; 25 plants each of varieties: Mebroom, Qalma, Deglet Noor, Safawi, Khunezi, Burni, Suckri & Zaghlol) - Tissue cultured Datepalm nursery plants (1320 plants; 440 plants each of varieties: Ajwa, Barhee & Medjoul) - Date fruit dehydrator (2 units) - Computer and printer (1 set) - Thermohygro unit (2 units) - Fertilizer (quantity unspecified) The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Punjab E-Procurement System with a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, stamped, and conforming to tender documents and departmental specifications via the online EPADS portal. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and duties. Bidders must submit their bids by 11:00 AM on 3rd November 2026.
