Tender Description
Municipal Committee Depalpur invites sealed bids through E-PADS portal (https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered for the financial year 2026-27 with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license of the respective category and as per Government of Punjab directions for approved development schemes for the year 2026-27. The bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders.

The work involves supply and installation of manhole covers within the Municipal Committee Depalpur area. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Depalpur, Okara.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for the financial year 2026-27, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost. The successful bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost within 15 days of tender opening.
Bids must be submitted online via e-PADS by 14-08-2026 before 12:30 PM PST. Opening of bids will be at 1:00 PM PST on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Municipal Committee Depalpur office.
Bidders are advised to download the bidding documents free of cost from the e-PADS portal and ensure all terms and conditions are met. Any fake or forged documents will lead to disqualification. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to approval.
