The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works Government of Pakistan, invites bids through the Single Stage One Envelope Procurement method via the E-PADS 2.0 platform for various electrical and civil works related to street lighting and installation across multiple locations in Karachi. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing street lights in UC01 to UC10 Landhi Town, District Korangi, NA-233 - Providing and fixing street lights in UC08 to UC10 Korangi Town, District Korangi, NA-233 - Providing and fixing street lights in UC06 Baghe-Korangi Awami Colony Shah Faisal Town, District Korangi, NA-233 - Installation of lights at UC-02, UC-07 & UC-08 Jinnah Town NA-238 - Installation of lights at UC-04, UC-05 & UC-06 P.I.B, Jinnah Town NA-238 - Installation of lights at UC-01, UC-03, Cantt Board, UC-01 Gulshan-e-Iqbal & UC-07 & UC-08 Gulshan Town NA-238 - Providing and fixing electric poles and lights in Sunrise Park, Sector L-1, UC-1, Surjani Town, District West-I, NA-244 - Providing and fixing electric poles and lights in Surjani Ground Park, Surjani Town, District West-I, NA-244 - Providing and fixing electric poles and lights in Family Park, Sector 4-A, UC-7, Surjani Town, District West-I, NA-244 - Providing and erection of street lights in different UCs of Liaquatabad and Nazimabad Town (NA-249), District Central-III - Erractoning commissioning of complete new installation of electrical, mechanical & civil work for Block 2 Nazimabad No. 2 Pumping Station near Galib Library at Nazimabad Town (E&M - Water) District Central-III, KW&SC - Providing/fixing/installation of electrical & mechanical works for Paposhi Tanki Pumping Station at Nazimabad Town, District Central-III - Providing & fixing high mast pole with 6x400 watts LED flood lights, wiring, earthing & 6 feet deep foundation for 150 jobs in different UCs of District West-III, TMC Orangi & PIDCL Karachi The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of street lights, electric poles, high mast poles with LED flood lights, and associated electrical and civil works in various Karachi towns and sectors. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories (C-4, C-5, C-6) and comply with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sales Tax regulations. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee is required as per the tender documents. Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- to PIDCL. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0 before the deadline.
