Providing / Installation of Air Conditioning in Several Functional Area and IT Data Center Facility at FIAP Faisalabad

The Pakistan Airports Authority (Faisalabad International Airport) invites sealed bids for the providing and installation of air conditioning units in several functional areas and the IT Data Center Facility at FIAP Faisalabad. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The work includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of premium quality, decorative type, DC inverter, T3 climate-rated air conditioning units. Items being procured: - 24 jobs of 1.5 ton capacity wall mounted split type air conditioner units - 4 jobs of 4 ton capacity floor standing air conditioner units with indoor units on decorative wooden frames - 55 running feet of refrigerant copper pipe-lines set (both liquid and suction sides) including fittings, insulation, and connection to indoor and outdoor units The scope covers replacement of old air-conditioning units with new energy efficient units installed at offices and various operational areas including critical facilities at the airport. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor for the complete execution of the works as per specifications and instructions of the Engineer In Charge. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in C-6 or above with specialization ME-01, FBR/ATL registration, and a minimum of five years relevant experience. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 24 August 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 02:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be submitted physically before bid opening. The contract duration is 2 months from the date of commencement.
