Tube wells and pumping machinery are to be installed as per approved designs. Solar power systems are included to support operations. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) valid up to June 2027 in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11(i-vv), and ME07. Bidders must have experience in similar works executed in the last five years, valid NTN and SRB registration with active taxpayer status, and must submit all required documentation including technical staff CVs, financial turnover certificates, and affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status.
