Providing, Laying, Jointing & Testing RCC Sewer Lines & Providing Paver Block in Various Colonies of Nawabshah City under Improvement of Sewerage Scheme Part-3

The Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad invites e-bids through the EPADS portal for the improvement of sewerage system in Nawabshah City, Sindh. This tender concerns Part-3 of the scheme involving providing, laying, jointing and testing RCC sewer lines and providing paver blocks in various colonies of Nawabshah City. Items being procured: - Providing, laying, jointing & testing RCC sewer lines - Providing paver block flooring - Excavation in trenches and pits in soft and wet soil - Disposal of surplus earth - In situ concrete and masonry work - Providing RCC pipes of various diameters (9", 12", 15", 18") - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Providing and fixing CI main hole covers with frame - Refilling excavated trenches - De-silting of underground sewer by mechanical/manual methods - Cleaning and disposal of garbage - Construction of catch pits The technical scope includes excavation, laying of RCC pipes, paver block flooring, catch pits construction, and de-silting works. The site is located at various colonies in Nawabshah City, District Shaheed Benazirabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 in relevant categories CE-09 & CE-10 (except works costing up to 4 million). Registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board with active status is mandatory. Bidders must submit earnest money of 5% of bid cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer (Dev.) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad. The bid price must include all government taxes. The bid validity period is 90 days. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable. The completion period for the works is 24 months. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal before 11:00 AM on 11-09-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of government holidays, the schedule will be shifted to the next working day. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of bids as per SPPRA Rule No. 25. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including PEC registration, FBR and SRB certificates, ISO certificates, and affidavit on E-Stamp Paper are complete and submitted in the correct sequence to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
