Providing, Laying, Jointing & Testing RCC Sewer Lines and Providing Paver Block in Various Colonies of Nawabshah City under Improvement of Sewerage Scheme, Shaheed Benazirabad (Parts 1-6)

The Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad invites e-bids through the EPADS portal for the comprehensive sewerage improvement works in Nawabshah City, District Shaheed Benazirabad. The procurement covers six parts involving providing, laying, jointing, and testing RCC sewer lines along with the provision of paver blocks in various colonies of Nawabshah City under the Improvement of Sewerage Scheme. Items being procured include: - Providing, laying, jointing & testing RCC sewer lines - Providing paver blocks in various colonies The technical scope includes excavation in soft, wet, and daldally soils, laying RCC pipes of various diameters (12", 15", 18", 24"), construction of catch pits, desilting of sewers, and related civil works. The works are to be completed within 24 months for each part. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in categories CE-09 and CE-10 for the year 2026-27, except for works costing up to 4 million PKR. Registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board with active status is mandatory. Bidders must submit earnest money of 5% of the bid cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer (Dev.) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad. The bid price must include all government taxes. Bidders quoting more than 20% below the estimated cost will be rejected. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS before 11:00 AM on 11-09-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time as per SPPRA rules.
