Providing, Laying, Jointing & Testing RCC Sewer Lines & Providing Paver Block in Various Colonies of Nawabshah City under Improvement of Sewerage Scheme Part-4

This tender notice invites bids for the provision, laying, jointing and testing of RCC sewer lines along with the provision of paver blocks in various colonies of Nawabshah City, under the Improvement of Sewerage Scheme, District Shaheed Benazirabad (Part-4). The procuring entity is the Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad located at Jam Sahib Road, Nawabshah. Items being procured: - Providing, laying, jointing & testing RCC sewer lines - Providing paver block flooring The technical scope includes excavation in soft and wet soil, concreting, stone boulder work, RCC pipe laying of various diameters (9", 12", 15", 18"), fabrication of steel reinforcement, cement concrete work, and catch pits construction. The work is to be completed within 24 months. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 in relevant categories CE-09 & CE-10 (except works costing up to 4 million). Registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board with active status is mandatory. Bidders must submit earnest money of 5% of bid cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer (Dev.) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad. ISO 45001 & 9001 certificates, affidavit of non-blacklisting, financial turnover, audit reports, and technical staff qualifications are also required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Dev.) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad on any working day up to 10-09-2026 by submitting a written request and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Tenders must be submitted online through the EPADS portal before 11:00 AM on 11-09-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
