Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in all kinds of soils including trimming and dressing sides to true alignment and shape levelling of beds of trenches to correct level and grade, cutting joint holes and disposal of surplus earth within one chain as directed by Engineer Incharge (4800 Cft) - Providing fence guards, lights, flags and temporary crossings for non-vehicular traffic where required, lift up to 5 ft and lead up to one chain - Providing and laying General RCC pipes with rubber ring joint and fitting in trench including cutting, fitting, jointing with rubber ring and testing with water to specified pressure (15" Dia, 300 Rft) - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches 6" thick layer including watering and ramming to full compaction (4320 Cft) - Construction of manhole or inspection chamber of 21" dia upper and bottom 4 ft dia and depth 3.5 ft, making C.C 1:2:4 wall, 7" thick over the bed 1:4:8 C.C 5" thick 1:2:4 C.C bunching of channel & fair face using steel fabrication from work & required shape leveling and excavation of all kinds of soil and backfilling complete (8 Nos) - Manufacturing and supplying of R.C.C ring slab of 21" inside and 36" outside dia, 7.5" width and 6" thick including embedded 15kg C.I frame and transportation (8 Nos) - Manufacturing and supplying of R.C.C manhole cover cast in 1:2:4 cement concrete ratio 3" deep at center reinforced with 1/2" dia tor steel bars with 4" c/c welded to 3/16" thick 2 inch wide M.S Plate and two hooks including compacting, curing and transportation (8 Nos) - Add or deduct for depth of manhole above or beyond 4.5 ft (8 Rft) The technical scope covers excavation, laying of RCC pipes, construction of manholes, and refilling with proper compaction. The materials used include RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, concrete of specified mix ratios, steel reinforcements, and proper site leveling and finishing. The site is located near the Main National Highway Road near Benazir in Karachi. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with turnover between 2 to 4 million PKR in the last three years.
