Providing and Laying Sweet Earth and Cow Dung in Different Play Grounds in Different UCs TMC Malir Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Malir Karachi invites sealed tenders for the provision and laying of sweet earth and cow dung in different playgrounds across various Union Councils under TMC Malir jurisdiction in Karachi. This procurement is under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) on an item rate basis or both. Items being procured: - Providing and laying sweet earth - Cow dung application - Work to be executed in different playgrounds in various UCs of TMC Malir The scope involves supplying and spreading quality sweet earth and cow dung to improve the soil condition of playgrounds, enhancing their usability and environmental quality. The work is expected to be completed within 3 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline, excluding works costing between Rs. 2.5 million and Rs. 50 million. Bidders must submit a list of similar assignments undertaken in the past 2-3 years, details of owned or leased machinery and transport, financial statements and income tax returns for the last 2-3 years, litigation history if any, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted. The tender fee is Rs. 2000, and a bid security of Rs. 145,000 (5% of estimated cost) is required. The method of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope.
