Tender Description
Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial invites bids for development schemes under the newly introduced E-PADS E-Tendering system. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, open to all eligible bidders registered with PPRA/E-PADS.
Items being procured:
- Providing & Laying Tuff Tile Imam Bargah Gharoo Wala to Tanga Adda MC Ahmad Pur Sial
The scope involves supply and installation of tuff tiles along the specified route in Ahmad Pur Sial. Contractors must prepare bids in accordance with the bidding documents available free of cost on the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by 11:00 AM PST on 29.09.2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the Municipal Committee office.
Eligibility requires registration on the E-PADS portal, valid PEC registration, and FBR/ATL compliance. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 81,327) must accompany the bid in the form of CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab, favoring Municipal Committee Ahmad Pur Sial. The lowest bidder more than 5% below the estimated cost must deposit the difference as quality assurance within 15 days of bid opening.
Bidders should note that fake CDRs or deposit slips will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any bid prior to approval. Upon acceptance, the successful contractor must sign an agreement on stamp paper within seven days for issuance of the work order.
