Providing and Laying Tuff Tile and Repair/Raising of Man Holes in Pakpattan District

District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works. Contractors/Firms must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Providing and Laying Tuff Tile Jamal Chowk - Repair / Raising of man holes, Providing / Fixing of man holes covers and frame, and Supply of man hole covers in the jurisdiction of Tehsil Pakpattan - Repair / Raising of man holes, Providing / Fixing of man holes covers and frame, and Supply of man hole covers in the jurisdiction of Tehsil Arifwala The scope includes laying of tuff tiles at Jamal Chowk and repair and raising of manholes including providing and fixing covers and frames in the specified tehsils under District Council Pakpattan. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22-08-2024 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security must be submitted equal to 5% of the estimated cost through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bids or other forms of securities will not be accepted. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract price through SWIFT MT760 as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration for the financial year 2026-27, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with all bidding conditions. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
