The District Council Multan invites e-bids from contractors and firms registered with PPRA for the fiscal year 2026-27 and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 rates. The procurement covers multiple civil works in Tehsil Multan and surrounding areas including Shujabad and Jalal Pur Pirwala. Items being procured: - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Multan - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Shujabad - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Jalal Pur Pirwala - Supply and Fixing of RCC Slab, RPC Manhole Cover, Safety Net Jali, Repair of Sullage Carrier and Drain in Limit of Tehsil Multan District Council Multan - Supply and Fixing of RCC Slab, RPC Manhole Cover, Safety Net Jali Repair of Sullage Carrier and Drain in Limit of Tehsil Shuja Abad District Council Multan - Supply and Fixing of RCC Slab, RPC Manhole Cover, Safety Net Jali Repair of Sullage Carrier and Drain in Limit of Tehsil Jalal Pur Pirwala District Council Multan - Beautification of the fun art paint, weather sheet, enamel paint, etc. along with installation of Victorian Benches - Painting traffic lane marking with thermoplastic paint (tp paint) 5 inch white & 6 inch white along with fixing of cat eyes (4x4 inch) - Providing & laying superb quality glaze tile - Installation of street lights & poles - Providing & fixing of the precast edge kerbstone with paint - Providing & installation of direction sign boards with digital lettering completed in all respect - Repair of the Gully Grating The scope includes civil construction, repair, beautification, and installation of street furniture and signage in the specified tehsils. Bidders must be registered with Punjab PPRA and PEC and submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Earnest money at 5% of bid price is required as CDR or Pay Order. The bid submission deadline is 11th September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the District Council office on the opening date. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% within 15 days of tender opening. All bids must comply with PPRA rules and Punjab e-Procurement guidelines.
