Providing and Laying CC Tuff Paver Flooring, Underground Water Tank, Water Pipe Lines, and Medical Equipment in Karachi

The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works Government of Pakistan, invites bids for multiple infrastructure and medical equipment projects in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procurement method as per PPRA Rules 36(a) 2004 (amended). Items being procured: - Providing & laying CC tuff paver flooring in various streets of Baldia Town, NA-242 Karachi - Construction of underground water tank and providing and laying 12 inch diameter PE water pipeline with pumping machinery for water supply system improvement from Musharraf Colony pumping station to Baldia 03 no. pumping station Baldia Town NA-242 Karachi - Providing and laying MS & PE water pipeline with pumping machinery for water supply system improvement at Football Stadium Sector No.8 Saeedabad Baldia Town NA-242 Karachi - Providing and laying water supply line from Power House to Up More, Power House to Kifaya, Power House to Four Star Lawn, Power House to Tayyab Sweets Town North Karachi, District Central-I NA-247 Karachi - Providing and installation of medical equipment in Labour Room, Gynecology Department, Pediatric Department, NICU, Radiology & Ultrasound Department, Operation Theatre in Sindh Government Hospital, District Central-I Karachi The scope covers civil works including flooring, underground water tank construction, water pipeline installation with pumping machinery, and supply and installation of medical equipment in hospital departments. The projects are located in various areas of Karachi including Baldia Town, Saeedabad, North Karachi, and District Central-I. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR and SRB tax compliance, and experience in similar projects. The bid security and tender fee must be submitted as per instructions. The bid security amounts range from PKR 3,600,000 to PKR 15,000,000 depending on the package. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 2026-07-23 at 11:30 AM, bid submission deadline on 2026-07-31 at 11:00 AM, and bid opening on 2026-07-31 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system. Original tender fee and bid security documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the office of the GM (F&A) / Chief Finance Officer, PIDCL, Bahria Complex-IV, 6th Floor Extension Block Gizri, Karachi before bid submission.
