The Town Municipal Corporation Gadap Karachi is inviting bids for the provision of laying a water supply line from the main water supply scheme to near Umer Din House Raza Muhammad Goth Union Committee Gadap. This project is located in Karachi and is being managed by the Town Municipal Corporation Gadap. The procurement is for civil works involving water supply infrastructure. Items being procured: - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in all kinds of soil including trimming, dressing sides, leveling beds, cutting joint holes, disposal of surplus earth, fencing, guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings (35208 Cft) - Providing, laying and fixing in trench high density polyethylene (HDPE-100) SDR-13.6/PN-10 pipes including fittings, jointing, and testing with working pressure of 10 bars (505.07 P.Rft) - Refilling excavated material in trenches in 6 inch thick layers including watering and ramming to full compaction (31687 Cft) - Providing and fixing heavy pattern valve (1 Each) The technical scope includes excavation, pipe laying, refilling, and valve installation as per the specifications and standards including ISO 4427, DIN8074/8075, and relevant PHED schedules. The site is in Gadap, Karachi, and the work period is 90 days. The contractor must be PEC registered in the appropriate category, have at least 5 years of relevant experience with similar works, and meet financial and tax registration requirements including Sindh Revenue Board and NTN certificates. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and the tender fee is Rs. 2000. Bids must be submitted online through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) portal by 11:00 AM on 29-07-2026.
