Tender Description

The District Council Thatta is procuring works for providing and laying a water supply line including a surface tank at Village Rahim Sholani and supplying solar street lights in UC Ketibunder, Thatta district, Sindh. This tender covers extensive civil and electrical works including excavation, laying of uPVC pressure pipes, construction of RCC foundations, installation of MS tabular poles, and fixing of integrative solar street lights with 200 watts capacity. The project involves site preparation, pipe laying, construction of reservoirs, and installation of solar-powered street lighting systems to improve water supply and street illumination in the area. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and professional tax certificates. Experience of at least five years with similar works and a turnover between Rs. 2 million to Rs. 4 million in the last three years is required. Firms must also have valid electrical licenses for the region and provide affidavits confirming no litigation or blacklisting. The tender follows the Single Stage-one Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rule 46(1).
