Tender Description
Municipal Committee Shujabad invites electronic bids from eligible and experienced contractors/firms for the execution of a development scheme under the Development Program 2026-27 in Shujabad, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PAD) in accordance with the Punjab Local Government Act, Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules, 2017, PPRA Rules, and all applicable government instructions and notifications.

- Providing R.C.C. Manhole Covers 22 Inch
The scope involves supplying and installing R.C.C. manhole covers of 22 inches diameter within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Shujabad. The work must comply with approved estimates, specifications, drawings, and directions of the Engineer Incharge. Contractors are responsible for maintaining quality standards and adhering to all labor, safety, and environmental regulations during execution.
Interested contractors must possess valid NTN, active FBR registration, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration where applicable. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government or public sector organization and must submit an affidavit to this effect. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Website/e-PAD Portal and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Each bid must be accompanied by earnest money/bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost as prescribed.
The tender documents can be downloaded up to 11-09-2026. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 11-09-2026 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 02:00 PM. Manual or physical financial bids will not be accepted. The Municipal Committee Shujabad reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules and applicable laws.
