Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base

The Military Engineer Services invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base. The contractors must have sufficient experience in similar works and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D'. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Firms must also be on the approved list of MES contractors and provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who meet the eligibility criteria. The tender submission deadline is 14 October 2026 by 1130 Hrs, with opening at 1200 Hrs the same day.
