Term Contract for Artificers Works at GE (Svcs) Okara Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites tenders for a term contract for Artificers Works at GE (Svcs) Okara Cantt Sub Division E/M Division for a period of one year from the date of the first written work order. The contract will be governed by the MES Schedule of Rate 2025 and the General Conditions of Contract (PAFW-2249) including any attached special schedules of rates. Items being procured: - Artificers Works as per MES Schedule of Rate 2025 The scope includes all related civil and electrical maintenance and repair works within the Okara Cantt boundaries. No work shall be ordered outside these limits. No stores will be issued for shuttering, centering, or scaffolding; the contractor must arrange these at their own cost. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security regulations including the Official Secrets Act 1923 and other security instructions. Passes for admission to the site will be issued at the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge. Eligibility requires contractors to be registered with MES and comply with all tender conditions. Earnest Money and bid security requirements will be as per MES regulations. The tender documents include Contract Form (PAFW-1821), Schedules 'F', 'G', and General Conditions of Contract (PAFW-2249) with amendments. Tenders must be delivered to the office of GE (Svcs) Okara Cantt by 1130 hours on the specified closing date and marked with the contract number GE (Svcs) Oka- /2027. All documents must be returned whether or not a tender is submitted. Correspondence should quote the given reference number.
