Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes and Annual Repair & Maintenance Works in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Public Health Engineering Division Tank, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the E-PADS system. The procurement covers construction and maintenance works in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, and Dera Ismail Khan for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - DWSS Natubabad Adamabad (Estimated Cost: Rs. 8,120,800) - DWSS Kot Garwakai Gomal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 13,064,000) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Civil Work PHE Division Tank FY 2026-27 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6,000,000) The works include construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes and annual repair and maintenance of civil works within the specified districts. Bidders must ensure compliance with PEC registration, active KPRA and FBR registration, and KP Central Enlistment. Submission of valid CNIC copies and other required documents is mandatory. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Tank. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal and a hard copy in a sealed envelope must be sent to the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Tank through registered courier before the deadline. The bids will be opened on 13th October 2026 at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Tank. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid solicitation documents available on the E-PADS website and ensure all eligibility criteria and submission requirements are met. Joint ventures are not allowed. Any cutting or overwriting on the tender documents will lead to disqualification. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
