Contractors enlisted with MES in unlimited category or other government departments with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Non-enlisted contractors must provide detailed documentation including performance reports, physical progress, and client references. Earnest money deposits are required as per MES rules, with 2% deposit for non-enlisted contractors and 5% of estimated cost as bid security in the form of FDR or similar instruments. The tender process follows PPRA Rules 2004, and the accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
