Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency work under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. The procurement is for the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base located in Chaklala, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Rs. 20.229 Million)
Contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as per the notice. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions will be issued tender documents. The tender must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 Hrs on 27 August 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day.
All contractors, whether enlisted or not with MES, must certify registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Only contractors on the approved MES list in Category A and B with relevant experience may apply. Contractors desiring may be present at the time of tender opening.
Interested parties should contact CMES (PAF) Peshawar for further details from 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days. This tender requires careful preparation of technical and financial bids with earnest money and compliance with PEC and FBR/ATL registration requirements. Ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
