Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (Three Works, MM and NN Sectors)

Military Engineer Services, through the office of DW&CE (PAF) Chakala, invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base. The works are to be executed at Samungli, Balochistan, and are open to eligible contractors with relevant experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. The department has specified three distinct works, each with its own estimated cost and sector allocation. Items being procured: - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (MM sector), estimated cost Rs. 12.430 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (MM sector), estimated cost Rs. 39.552 Million - Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (NN sector), estimated cost Rs. 55.120 Million The technical scope includes a range of construction and engineering services, with a focus on infrastructure upgrades and facility enhancements at the designated PAF Base sectors. Firms must provide details of previous work orders, completion certificates, and photographs of completed projects. Only those contractors registered with PEC in Category C-2 or above (valid through at least June 2027) are eligible. Preferably, firms should also be enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must submit a 2% refundable bid security. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports should be pending against the applicant.
