Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base. This procurement is specifically issued by the office of GE (AIR) Shahbaz. The tender involves multiple lots for the provision of facilities at the PAF Base, each with an estimated cost of approximately Rs 4.000 Million, except one lot estimated at Rs 3.414 Million. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories A, B, C, or D. They must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 Hrs on 17 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors may attend the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
