Tender Description
Military Engineer Services is inviting sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Shahbaz. This opportunity is open to contractors who meet the eligibility criteria and have relevant experience in the field. The technical scope includes construction and civil works as per MES standards, with each lot representing a separate package of works at the base. Contractors must submit their applications along with complete credentials and proof of experience. Only firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field will be issued tender documents. All applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. MES-approved contractors in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', and 'D' with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
The deadline for submission is **17 SEP 2026 at 1130 Hrs**. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1200 Hrs. Applications must be submitted to the accepting officer at GE (AIR) Shahbaz.
