Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Chaklala, Rawalpindi. This procurement is issued by the Military Engineer Services and pertains to various construction and maintenance works at the PAF Base.

The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at the PAF Base. Firms must provide details including work orders, location, pictures of completed projects, and completion certificates. Only firms registered with PEC in category C-2 or above and preferably enlisted with MES in Category A are eligible. Firms must have valid registration up to June 2027. A 2% bid security is required for non-enlisted firms.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received by HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by 09 November 2026 at 1130 hours. The tender opening will be held the same day at 1200 hours.
Interested parties can contact CMES (PAF) Chaklala for further details between 0715 to 1335 hours on working days. The tender requires submission of NTN certificate, bank statement, income tax returns for the last three years, and a certificate confirming no litigation with the government.
