Tender Description
Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for a range of civil and maintenance works at Karachi and NAS Turbat. This notice covers both new construction and abnormal repair or replacement activities, ensuring operational readiness and infrastructure upkeep at key naval facilities. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the notice.

- Provision / Installation / Construction of Certain Facility at NAS Turbat
- Abnormal Repair / Replacement / Major / Maintenance / Minor Works at Karachi
- Abnormal Repair / Replacement / Major / Maintenance / Minor Works at NAS Turbat
The technical scope includes both the establishment of new facilities and the comprehensive repair or replacement of existing infrastructure. Works may involve civil, electrical, and mechanical components as per site requirements. Bidders should review the detailed scope and ensure their technical teams are prepared for both major and minor works at the specified locations.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, satisfactory completion of similar works in the last two years, and compliance with all Pakistan Navy procurement protocols. Earnest Money at 2% of the bid amount must be submitted via Pay Order or CDR. Bidders must also provide a performance report for each completed project, verified by the relevant Divisional Engineer or XEN.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 18 June 2024 at 1130 hours. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening will take place the same day in the presence of authorized representatives. Submission address and further instructions are detailed in the notice.
