Tender Description

The Communication & Works Department Government of Punjab invites bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for the provision of dual source of electricity for the offices of Lahore High Court located at 4th and 5th Floors of Punjab Judicial Academy on Fane Road Lahore. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and requires contractors/firms enlisted or renewed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with PEC Category C-5 or above and specialized codes CE-10, EE-04, and EE-05. The contractor must provide original PEC license/certificate showing relevant category and specialized code for qualification. Items being procured: - Provision of Dual Source of Electricity for the Offices of Lahore High Court at 4th & 5th Floors of Punjab Judicial Academy Fane Road Lahore The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules through the e-Procurement System developed by PITB, accessible at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents including DNIT are available to registered bidders on the e-Procurement System and PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount must be submitted through PSID via the e-Procurement System; no physical financial instruments including Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) will be accepted. Technical bids will be opened online on 19.09.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division, Lahore, in the presence of authorized representatives with attested Power of Attorney. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids on the e-Procurement portal. Eligibility requires PEC registration with specified categories and codes, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure timely online submission and proper authorization of representatives.
