Provision of Electricity at Industrial Estate at Nokundi (Road Work) PSDP No. 2407 (Z2026.0509)

The Directorate of Industries and Commerce Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. The specific work involves the provision of electricity at the Industrial Estate at Nokundi (Road Work) under PSDP No. 2407 (Z2026.0509). Items being procured: - Provision of Electricity at Industrial Estate at Nokundi (Road Work) The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers with a valid FBR Active Tax Payer List registration and not blacklisted by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 56,734,288. Additionally, bidders must possess valid PEC registration with a relevant engineering council category and specialization (CE-1 or above in Road Pavements, Drainage & Retaining Structure). Bid security of 3% of the bid cost must be attached in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. The original CDR/Bank Guarantee must be submitted within 1 hour of bid opening, failing which the bid will be rejected. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding.
