Tender Description
The office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004. The procurement involves provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Chaklala with three separate lots:
- Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (GG) Rs. 20.860 Million
- Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (GG) Rs. 22.570 Million
- Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base (GG) Rs. 49.950 Million
These works are critical and require contractors with proven experience and valid PEC registration. Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials and will be scrutinized for eligibility. Only contractors registered with PEC and listed on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Earnest money and other bid securities are expected as per tender documents.
Tenders must be submitted to the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 Hrs on 15 Sep 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors may attend the opening. The tendering authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA rules.
